CHILDREN'S CORNER WORKSHOPS

We’re looking for educators to lead workshops at our event! We’re committed to teaching kids about sustainability in a fun and interactive way. We’re interested in topics related to composting, recycling, wildlife conservation, and other environmental issues. 

LIVE MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT

Want to rock out for a good cause? We’re looking for musicians and entertainers to join us at our event! We’re committed to creating a fun and festive atmosphere while also raising awareness about important environmental issues. This is a great chance to be a part of something special and make a difference.

PARTICIPATION CHARGES

1 Sqm booth = INR 2,300/-* + 18% GST

(Two Side Open Stand: Rs. 5,000/- + GST 18% extra)

Participation Fees includes meetings with domestic/foreign buyers, Standard built up stall having one table, two chairs, Carpet, Name board with the company name displayed o­n it and basic electrical fittings, dustbin &**Complimentary invite to networking Dinner**

Please Note: This fee does not include charges for Sending display material, any additional fixtures & furniture in the booth. These are to be borne by the companies.

REFUND POLICY

The participation charges are non-refundable in any case.

As we have limited number of booths, interested members are requested to kindly send us their confirmation as per the Registration Form enclosed along with the participation fee (Non-Refundable). The payment may be made by NEFT in the name of  TRACKHAWK FOUNDATION

As, we have limited stalls preference will be given o­n the basis of first-cum-first- served basis and o­n receipt of full participation fee.
Trackhawk Foundation reserves the right to select the participants.
